★ Draw the center point and eccentric point on both ends of the workpiece and make a punch hole.
★ Drill the center hole and eccentric center hole on both ends.
★ Hold the center hole of the main journal with two tops, rough turn the main journal and leave a margin.
★ Use two tops to withstand the center hole of an eccentric journal, and rough turn the eccentric journal and both sides.
★ Use the two tops to withstand the center hole of the other eccentric journal, and rough turn the eccentric journal and both sides.
★ Hold the center hole of the main journal with two tops, finish turning the outer circle of the main journal, and remove the eccentric center hole.
2. For the processing of large multi-turn crankshafts, special crankshaft lathes with eccentric chucks or other process equipment are often used
When the crankshaft is turned, in order to prevent the deformation of the crankshaft, support bolts should be used between the two crank arms.
